Warranty

We offer an Original Owner Lifetime guarantee against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Unified-branded frames and forks valid for the original owner only.

Is there any warranty coverage for Subsequent Owners?
Yes, Subsequent Owners are covered by a two year warranty from date of original retail purchase by original purchaser.

How do I submit a warranty claim to Unified?
Go into your local Unified dealer with the part along with proof of purchase and they will assist you with the rest of the process.

What is not covered?
Replacement of wear and tear parts, damage from a crash or other accidental damage, and damage from abuse or corrosion are all examples of what is not covered.

I am not eligible for a warranty. Do you have a program to help me?
Yes. Our Assisted Replacement Program may offer preferred pricing for riders that are not eligible for warranty. For further details on terms and eligibility, contact your dealer.

I have a warranty issue with a non-Unified component on a Unified bike. What should I do?
"3rd party" components (e.g. SRAM or Shimano) are warrantied directly by that manufacturer. Contact your nearest Authorized Unified Dealer for assistance.
